Art Gallery of Algoma's summer art classes
Register now for the Art Gallery of Algoma's summer art classes. ArtCamp 2008 “Art All Summer!” Featuring 8 different weeks of Art Fun for ages 6 – 13. Classes run Mon – Fri. from 9:00a.m. – 4:00p.m. Registration is $110/week or $100/week with a family membership (full week) or $88/week or $80/week with a family membership. Classes are themed as follows:
- June 30 – July 4 (4 days) ~ The Art of Hanging Out (all traditional art techniques)
- July 7 – 11 ~ Cartoon Capers (learn the ancient art of cartooning)
- July 14 – 18 ~ Land Travelers (a great art race around the world)
- July 21 – 25 ~ All the World’s Our Stage (scripts, costumes, stage sets, performance)
- July 28 – August 1 ~ Monster Mash (creations beyond your wildest dreams)
- August 5 – 8 (4 days) ~ Camera Happy (artsy photography)
- August 11 – 15 ~ Under the Big Top (you’re allowed to clown around this week!)
- August 18 – 22 ~ Recycled Wonders (join us at the Imagination Station)
